Yes, absolutely. We offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation so you can find out how we can help before committing to anything. There's no pressure and no jargon.
Do I need to visit your office in person?
Not at all. While we do have offices in Bristol, Bath and Gloucester, we work with clients remotely across the UK. We can handle everything via email, phone or video call.
What information should I have ready?
For the initial consultation, there's nothing specific you need to prepare. Just a brief overview of your situation — whether you're a sole trader, limited company, landlord or individual — is enough to get started.
Can you take over from my existing accountant?
Yes. Switching accountants is straightforward and we handle the entire process for you, including contacting your previous accountant for the necessary handover information.
What accounting software do you use?
We work with all major cloud accounting platforms including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. If you don't currently use any software, we can help you get set up on the right platform for your needs.
